Jacques Solovière Paris offers a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories in their original packaging. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our artisanal French craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring the protective soles remain unmarked, and include the original invoice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our customer service team to the outside of the parcel, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the quality inspection is complete.
